Behind the bar

Bartender Blog I did 6 years as a Bartender in my 20's. Now in my 40's, I find myself back behind the bar. Reasons are simple. My husband and I agreed long before we had children that they would never be in daycare. Simple. One works days and the other works nights. Over the years we have traded off. Bartending seemed the obvious choice. I'm good behind the bar and I really like interacting with people, or so I thought. I had forgotten what it was like to be a server.
